Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rebben’s Detailing LLC (“Rebben’s”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit rebbensdetailing.com, request a quote or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a mobile detailing business based in Duncan, South Carolina, serving Boiling Springs, Spartanburg, Greenville and nearby areas.

In short: we use your information only to answer your request, prepare your quote and provide your service. We do not sell or rent your information. We count website visits anonymously with Google Analytics, and you can turn that off.

1. Information you give us

When you use our quote form, we receive:

  • Your name, mobile phone number and city or ZIP code.
  • Your vehicle’s make, model and year, and the service you are interested in.
  • Optional: your email address, a preferred date, comments about your vehicle and up to 5 photos of your vehicle.

We also receive the information you choose to share when you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram. When you book a service, we may also need the address where the service will take place and the details needed to invoice you.

Please do not send photos that show other people, documents or license plates you do not want us to see. Photos are only needed to understand your vehicle’s condition.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit our website and how they use it: pages viewed, approximate location (city or region), type of device and browser, how you arrived at our site, and whether you tapped a contact button or sent the quote form. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalization. See our Cookie Policy to turn this off.
  • Security records. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical records (such as IP address, date and page requested) to keep the website secure and working. To prevent spam, our quote form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to one hour.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to you, evaluate your vehicle and prepare your quote.
  • To schedule, provide and invoice your service, and to follow up on that service.
  • To keep the records required for our business and taxes.
  • To improve our website and protect it from spam and misuse.

We do not send you promotions unless you have told us you want them.

4. Calls, text messages and WhatsApp

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call you, text you or message you on WhatsApp about your request and your service. These are not marketing messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or telling us, and we will stop, except for messages needed to complete a service you already booked.

5. Photos of your vehicle

Photos you send us are used only to understand your vehicle and prepare your quote.

We may take photos or short videos of the work we do on your vehicle and show them on our website and social media as examples of our work. We do not show license plates or personal information. If you do not want your vehicle shown, tell us before or after the service and we will not use those photos, or we will remove them.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Hostinger — hosts our website and delivers the quote form to our email.
  • Google — Gmail (our business email) and Google Analytics (website statistics).
  • Meta — WhatsApp and Instagram, only when you choose to contact us there.
  • Our invoicing app — to create and send your invoice.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

7. How long we keep it

  • Quote requests and photos sent through the website are deleted from our website server after 12 months.
  • Emails, messages and invoices are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and business record obligations.
  • Google Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account, which is no longer than 14 months.

8. How we protect it

Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Copies of quote requests are stored in a private folder that is not accessible from the internet. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If a security breach ever affected your personal information, we would notify you as required by South Carolina law.

9. Your choices

  • You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to rebbensdetailing@gmail.com or message (864) 367-7501. We may need to keep some records required by law, such as invoices.
  • You can turn off Google Analytics on our Cookie Policy page. We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers.
  • You can ask us to stop calls or text messages at any time.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
